Glasses tinked. Begging playfully for yet another wedded kiss. Roars of laughter filled the air. Your best friends stood up and honored you with their speeches. Both through humor and heartfelt thanks. Oh, what an impact you’ve made. The cabinet doors were swung open. Revealing two tvs for a fun surprise. What no one was expecting, however, was to immediately tear up. Did you see it? Your dad quickly wiping tears away. Did you see it? Your mom, beaming at you as you held your husband’s hand. Did you see it? Stephen and I hiding our tears behind our cameras, choking back emotions, too.
There you were. Unfolding your love story for all to see. For all to celebrate.
Scenes of hiking, dancing, and laughing all over the country. Selfies and surprise-caught-you-videos scrolled past, sharing of the carefree love you two share. Pictures of you from his perspective. Videos of him setting up for the epic, in-air proposal. The venue staff, wide-eyed, tap me on the shoulder and mouth the words: is this for real?!
Your wedding day invited others in. Into your moments. Into God’s faithfulness.
Outside, the sun dips below the hills. Candles flicker. Quiet Amens and understanding nods popcorn from those around the room. Sarah & Colt, your wedding day invited others in. Into your moments. Into God’s faithfulness. Oh how loved you are! Your new beginning exuded true, unashamed love. Full of tenderness with and for each other. Full of gratitude to each individual present. And full of vibrant excitement. We just can’t get enough…
Oh friends! We are speechless on so many levels for what you’re about to scroll through. Yes, we already know this post is huge. Consider yourself warned.
This wedding day was laden with such meaningful moments, infectious joy, not. a. dry. eye. on countless occasions, NOT TO MENTION, the incredible detail & customization of each moment and also now, keepsakes…The dress. The airplane propeller guest book. Wax sealed love letters. The luxurious florals with velvet ribbons. The custom invitations and vintage map inspired pocket squares. The copper tie bars with coordinates. The twinkle lights & chocolate chip cookies. All backdropped at the gorgeous, Chandler Hill Winery in Defiance, Missouri.
With puffy clouds & perfect summertime breezes, Sarah & Colt said Hello to Forever.

Sarah & Colt —
We are so humbled, so overjoyed, so through-the-roof-excited for you two!! Journeying alongside you the last six months has been an honor. From the first moment we met you at Starbucks, we knew there would be something special about you two. Little did we know that WE would feel encouraged, cheered on, and supported in our own marriage through you guys. Your wedding day honored the Lord in such powerful ways it makes us still a little speechless. We came home and said to each other, “They really do love Jesus. AND their families. Wow. Wasn’t that just so, unbelievably beautiful?” Thank you for trusting us with your love story. With your tears, moments, and with your time. Also, going to the airport with you two is a highlight of our career and are memories we will cherish! We can’t wait to see & gush over your next adventures! Congratulations! Love you guys! –Tara & Stephen
